Field Hockey
Starts: Monday, June 2nd
Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8 to 10 AM - meet at the field
(water bottle, cleats, tennis shoes, stick, shinguards, mouthguard)
Wednesday Night Pickup - 6:30 to 8:00, depending on heat index, ALL WELCOME

Softball
Tuesdays and Thursdays 10-12
Meet at the field we will lift and work on skills
Bring bat, glove, and helmet, cleats, and tennis shoes, and water

Cross Country
will have an information meeting on June 24th at the entrance to the CCHS Gym at 7:00pm.
Conditioning will be begin July 18th - Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9:00am - 11:00am
Bring proper running attire, shoes, and a water bottle.

Football
Football conditioning will be held on M, T, W and Thurs from 4pm-6pm
Athletes should be dressed in athletic attire with sneakers and cleats. Athletes will meet by the back door entering the weight room.

Volleyball
meet in the Gym please bring athletic attire for workouts
Mon: 10-12
Wed-thurs: 5-7
Saturday: 2-4
Wednesdays will be condition so normal shoes and work out clothes

Cheer:
Cheer conditioning Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays from 2-4 pm. Please wear appropriate attire, tennis shoes, hair pulled back, and bring plenty of water. Some conditioning may take place outside, so dress accordingly for the weather.

Girls Basketball
Monday and Wednesday 7-9am starting June 2nd in the CCHS Gymnasium. Please bring workout clothes and basketball shoes.
